Dear Members of the Eagle’s Loft Property Owners Association, Inc.:

The annual meeting of the Eagle’s Loft Property Owners Association as set forth in the bylaws is scheduled for Wednesday June 11, 2008, 10:00 a.m. in Pagosa Springs, CO. The official notice of the meeting listing the time, place and proposed meeting agenda will be sent to all owners approximately forty (40) days in advance. One of the items of business will be the election of two (2) Board Members.

The Eagle’s Loft Property Owners Association is soliciting candidates to fill two (2) three-year Board of Directors terms, which currently expires at the Annual Meeting on June 11, 2008. Members of the Board of Directors are required to attend Quarterly and Annual meetings. Board Members may miss no more than two meetings during their term. This is not a paid position. However, the following compensation may be allowed: 2 nights lodging on site, $40 per diem for meals, mileage at the current IRS rate, and 2 nights lodging at a hotel (not to exceed $90/night), or airline ticket, airport parking and car rental (if equal to or less than mileage & hotel stay of 2 nights). Please submit a self-nomination statement (250 words or less) that includes the following: your qualifications, background, and other relevant information.

Information on nominees will be included with the annual meeting notice.
