I want to start by wishing all, a happy and fruitful holiday season. It was snowing when last I was in Pagosa Springs. Wolf Creek Ski Area just opened, and everyone was excitedly looking forward to a joyful winter season…truly a great time to be at one of Wyndham’s great resorts. Wyndham has turned out to be a great partner, in this TIME SHARE BUSINESS.

The biggest difference, one immediately notices, upon arriving at Wyndham Pagosa, is the great roads around our resort, take PARK DRIVE for one. It looks like a super highway compared to past visits. Kudo’s to PLPOA, for the great job.

Things are constantly changing; still adjusting to all the challenges brought about by the economic and political conditions in our world. Please bear with us, your board members, as we face all the new challenges, keeping in mind that we must keep our units in top condition. We all know the hefty increase in everything. Keeping Masters Place a 5 star resort means having a small increase in yearly maintenance fees.

After massaging the budget, and fine tuning expenses, we think we have done a great job in keeping the increase as small as it is considering increased costs of all services, energy, and supplies. Thanks also go to the Pagosa property management team, for their continuing good work on our behalf.

CAN anyone use an EXTRA WEEK of vacation, for yourself or maybe family? Well there is a way for you to get use of extra weeks, at a very minimal cost: The cost to be no more than the 2010 maintenance fee for that unit. There is a timeshare rental company that will be doing the business of renting our unused weeks. Here is the info; and people to call to get the job done.
