We all bought our units because we saw them to be a great deal. They are still. But every week we all get phone calls and letters trying to get us to give them our shares, in exchange for little or nothing. They want them badly, or they wouldn't be continuing their efforts. There are vacations clubs starting up that you join with no ownership rights, a big joining fee, yearly maintenance fees as with a timeshare, but no right of ownership. These clubs have no real units, and rely on getting access to unused weeks from where-ever they can to fill their needs. Your membership here is a real value.

Keeping Masters Place a 5 star resort means normally having a small increase in yearly maintenance fee. After massaging the budget, and fine tuning expenses, we will be keeping the same maintenance fees for 2012.
