Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of the Membership of the Masters Place Property Owners Association, Inc. will be held at the Wyndham Pagosa Multi-Purpose Room on September 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (MT), for the following purpose(s):

1. To elect one (1) Director of the Association;
2. To transact such business as may properly come before the meeting and any adjournments thereof.

Provided with this Notice are the proposed agenda, the candidate biographies, and a Proxy.

Your participation, in person or by Proxy, is critical to ensure that the Association obtains quorum and is able to conduct business at the Annual Meeting. Therefore, if you do not plan on attending in person, you are urged to promptly complete, sign, date and return the enclosed Proxy. The Proxy should be completed and returned in the enclosed return envelope. In lieu of mailing, you may choose to return your Proxy by sending it via facsimile to 970-731-8022, Attn: Michelle Keane, or by scanning it and sending it via email to Michelle.Keane@wyn.com. Please note that your Proxy must be received no later than 10:00 a.m (MT) on September 16, 2011 in order for it to be counted. In the event that you decide to attend the Annual Meeting in person, you may, if so desired, revoke any previously submitted Proxy and vote your interest in person.
