Message from the President

In 2007 we completed the air conditioning of all Peregrine units. This was just in time as the summer of 2007 was one of the hottest on record. This investment should serve us well for the years to come. We will now be able to enjoy our time in Pagosa regardless of the temperature. We have been able to compare energy consumption since the units were energized in June with last summer’s consumption and there is no appreciable difference. This is really good news.

In the next few months, new sofas and other furnishings are being installed. This is the latest in our continuing efforts to keep our units up to date and aesthetically pleasing in a responsible manner. Our reserves are healthy so we can continue to make the necessary updates you expect.

I want to thank you for voting and returning proxies for the annual meeting, so the important business of our association could be transacted. We had a smaller number attending than last year. It certainly is not necessary to attend an annual meeting as business can be transacted by proxy, but it is a good time to see first-hand, the inner-workings of your property owner’s association. I hope you will plan to attend at least one of the meetings in the future. Pagosa is beautiful in October.
