Village Pointe Weeks for Bid Owners can now bid on association-owned weeks that are for sale. Go to the area marked “Weeks for Bid”. Weeks will be posted for 30 days. Your bid must be at least the minimum shown. Bids must be received no later than the date listed. The highest bidder wins the bid. In case of a tie, the earliest postmark will break the tie. Unsuccessful bidders’ checks will be returned. Send all bids to:
Please designate the unit number and unit week you are bidding on. Include your name, address, county, phone number and contract number. A check for 10% of the bid must accompany the bid. A $100 administration fee and the Maintenance Fee (if applicable) along with the balance of the bid is due within 30 days of the bidding end date.
